Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Westmont, NJ basements.

Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Most inspection requests get a same-day or next-day appointment, not a two-week wait.
You get one written number before drilling starts, covering drain tile, sump basin, and discharge line.
We use pin-type moisture meters and a flashlight-and-crowbar inspection to trace water back to its real entry point.

We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.

The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Westmont, NJ leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Westmont, NJ basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
You describe what you're seeing — a wet spot, a musty smell, standing water — and we get a rough read on urgency before dispatching anyone.
A technician walks the basement with a moisture meter, checking walls, floor, and cove joints to trace the water back to its actual source.
We explain the reasoning behind the recommended system so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
